HIRE
CHARGES
These
commence from the time on our hire Contract and continues until returned to our
depot or collected by our transport. (Equipment taken or delivered on a Saturday
and returned or collected on the following Monday MORNING is charged at the TWO
day/weekend rate).
DEPOSIT
At
the commencement of hire, non-account customers are requested to pay a DEPOSIT.
The deposit less any accumulated hire charges will be refunded on completion of
hire.
N.B. The deposit does not exclude the customer from further charges should the
equipment be returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
IDENTITY
In
all cases, positive proof of IDENTITY and ADDRESS will be required, in most
cases a DRIVING LICENSE will be satisfactory.
DELIVERY
Delivery
and Collection can be arranged by either calling into the depot or by TELEPHONE.
Please give at least 2 hours notice.
PAYMENT
Payment
may be by cash, cheque (supported by a BANKER'S CARD) or a Company cheque supported by OFFICIAL COMPANY ORDERS.
VAT
All
prices where quoted are EXCLUSIVE of VAT.
